SeaTime Mallorca is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from errors in the content provided by third parties (owners), lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
The technical and operational responsibility for navigation rests exclusively with the shipowner or skipper on the day of service.
