Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SeaTime Mallorca, we aim to ensure a seamless and secure experience. We understand that plans can change, so we have designed a fair cancellation policy that protects both our clients’ commitment and the availability of our vessels and crews.

1. Charter Categories

For clarity, our policies are divided into two categories based on duration and boat type:

• Day Charters: Half-day or full-day rentals (Powerboats and Day Yachts).

• Multi-day & Weekly: Rentals with overnight stay or weekly duration (Luxury Yachts and Catamarans).

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions will apply based on the notice period:

*Full refunds are subject to a deduction of €50 (Day Charters) or €150 (Weekly) for booking management and bank processing fees.

Resell Clause: At SeaTime, we value your trust. If you cancel outside the refund period but we manage to rebook the vessel for the same dates and conditions, we will refund 90% of your deposit, regardless of the notice periods above.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our priority. If the skipper or port authorities determine that weather conditions (high winds or heavy swell) prevent safe navigation:

1. Rescheduling: We will find a new date that fits your plans at no extra cost.

2. Refund: If it is not possible to find an alternative date during your stay on the island, a 100% refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

   Note: Cloudy skies or light rain are not grounds for cancellation if navigation conditions remain safe.

4. Technical Failure

In the unlikely event that the vessel suffers a technical issue before departure:

• SeaTime Mallorca commits to offering a replacement vessel of equal or superior characteristics.

• If no replacement is available, a full and immediate refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
